PAYMENT, PICKUP & SHIPPING

PAYMENT

Payment in full is due within seventy-two (72) hours following the conclusion of the auction.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, wire transfer, cashier’s check, and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
  • Adam House Auctions may require wire transfer or cashier’s check for certain purchases, including jewelry, watches, precious metals, luxury goods, high-value purchases, international transactions, new bidders, or transactions requiring additional payment security.
  • No property will be released until payment has been received in full and all funds have cleared.
  • A 28% buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price. Applicable sales tax and any independently imposed third-party bidding platform fees are additional.
PICKUP

No pickup is available on auction day or the day immediately following the auction.

  • Purchases may be collected only during the designated pickup dates and times for each auction.
  • Government-issued photo ID is required for pickup.
  • Please bring appropriate packing materials, adequate labor and equipment, and a suitable vehicle for your purchases.
  • Adam House Auctions does not provide packing, wrapping, loading, or moving services.
  • If another person, mover, or shipper will collect your property, advance written authorization may be required before release.
SHIPPING

Adam House Auctions does not provide in-house packing or shipping.

  • Purchasers are responsible for arranging and paying for all packing, shipping, transportation, and insurance.
  • We may provide contact information for independent third-party shipping providers we or our clients have used previously. Buyers contract directly with the provider they select.
  • We strongly recommend obtaining shipping estimates before bidding.
REMOVAL & STORAGE
  • Purchases must be removed within 10 business days following the auction, unless otherwise stated.
  • After 10 business days, storage fees of $25 per lot, per day apply.
  • Property remaining unclaimed after 30 calendar days will be handled in accordance with the Adam House Auctions Terms & Conditions of Sale and applicable law.
