The providers listed on this page are supplied solely as a convenience. Adam House Auctions LLC does not endorse, warrant, guarantee, supervise, employ, or accept responsibility for any third-party shipper, mover, freight company, packing service, or transportation provider.
Adam House Auctions LLC shall not be responsible for loss, theft, breakage, damage, delay, missed appointments, incomplete pickups, improper packing, improper handling, inadequate insurance, delivery disputes, pricing disputes, carrier errors, or any other act or omission of a third-party provider.
The winning bidder contracts directly with the selected provider. Any claim arising from packing, shipping, transportation, loss, damage, or delivery must be pursued directly with the provider or applicable insurer.
Adam House Auctions LLC does not investigate, verify, warrant, or guarantee the existence, amount, scope, exclusions, or adequacy of insurance maintained or offered by any third-party provider.

Pickup hours are subject to availability and may vary for a particular auction.
Pickup appointments must be requested at least two (2) business days in advance and are not valid until confirmed by Adam House Auctions LLC.
Do not arrive or send a shipper until a pickup appointment has been confirmed.
NO PICKUP ON AUCTION DAY
There is no pickup on auction day or the day immediately following the auction, unless Adam House Auctions LLC expressly authorizes otherwise.
Specific pickup dates and instructions will be included with the winning bidder’s invoice or post-sale communications.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPERS
It is the winning bidder’s responsibility to provide the selected shipper with:
- Adam House Auctions LLC pickup hours and requirements;
- the confirmed pickup date and time;
- all applicable lot numbers;
- the complete delivery address;
- packing and loading requirements; and
- any special handling information.
Adam House Auctions LLC is not responsible if a buyer or shipper fails to comply with pickup requirements or misses a confirmed appointment.
Adam House Auctions LLC is not responsible for a shipper’s failure to collect any or all of a buyer’s purchases.
Failure by a shipper to collect one or more purchased lots does not relieve the winning bidder of responsibility for those items or any resulting storage charges.
WE DO NOT PACK OR LOAD
Adam House Auctions LLC staff does not pack, crate, wrap, disassemble, transport, or load purchased property for buyers or third-party shippers.
The winning bidder or shipper must arrive with sufficient personnel and all equipment and materials necessary to safely remove the property, including, as applicable:
- boxes and packing materials;
- blankets and protective materials;
- dollies and carts;
- straps;
- tools;
- crates;
- lifting equipment; and
- sufficient personnel.
A buyer or shipper arriving without adequate personnel, materials, or equipment may be refused pickup and required to reschedule.
Any resulting delay or storage charges remain the winning bidder’s responsibility.
The winning bidder and the winning bidder’s representatives, movers, and shippers are responsible for any damage they cause to the premises or other property during packing, handling, removal, or loading.
THIRD-PARTY PROPERTY RELEASE
Adam House Auctions LLC will release property only after all applicable payment and release requirements have been satisfied.
If someone other than the registered winning bidder will collect the property, written authorization from the winning bidder is required before release.
Adam House Auctions LLC may require:
- written release authorization from the winning bidder;
- the name and contact information of the authorized shipper or representative;
- government-issued identification;
- proof of cleared payment;
- a Bill of Lading when applicable; and
- other documentation reasonably necessary to verify an authorized and secure release.
Adam House Auctions LLC does not require or undertake to verify proof of carrier insurance. Determining whether a carrier has adequate insurance is solely the winning bidder’s responsibility.
Adam House Auctions LLC reserves the right to refuse release when payment, identification, authorization, transportation documentation, or other applicable release requirements have not been satisfied.
BILL OF LADING
For blanket-wrap transportation, commercial freight, interstate transportation, or other shipments for which a Bill of Lading is customary or appropriate, a complete Bill of Lading or equivalent transportation document may be required before property will be released.
The winning bidder is responsible for coordinating all required transportation documentation with the selected carrier.
JEWELRY, WATCHES, COINS & HIGH-VALUE PROPERTY
Jewelry, watches, coins, precious metals, sterling silver, designer goods, and other high-value property must be collected by the registered winning bidder or the winning bidder’s authorized carrier.
INSURANCE IS THE WINNING BIDDER’S RESPONSIBILITY
It is the winning bidder’s sole responsibility to determine whether the selected carrier provides adequate insurance coverage for the full value and type of property being transported.
Adam House Auctions LLC does not investigate, verify, warrant, guarantee, or make any representation concerning a carrier’s insurance coverage.
The winning bidder is responsible for understanding the carrier’s insurance limits, exclusions, deductibles, valuation provisions, claims procedures, and other applicable terms before authorizing Adam House Auctions LLC to release the property.
Adam House Auctions LLC may require written buyer authorization, government-issued identification, cleared payment, a Bill of Lading when applicable, and other reasonable documentation necessary to verify an authorized release.
TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY
Once purchased property is released to the winning bidder, the winning bidder’s authorized representative, or the winning bidder’s selected carrier, Adam House Auctions LLC is no longer responsible for the property’s packing, handling, loading, transportation, storage by the carrier, or delivery.
Any claim for loss or damage occurring after release must be addressed directly with the selected carrier or applicable insurer.
Adam House Auctions LLC is not responsible for damage caused by a buyer, representative, mover, or shipper while packing, moving, handling, or loading property on Adam House Auctions LLC premises.
STORAGE & LATE PICKUP
Buyers are strongly encouraged to remove all purchases promptly.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular auction, property not collected within 10 business days will be subject to a storage charge of:
$25 PER LOT, PER DAY
Storage charges continue to accrue until the property is collected or otherwise handled pursuant to the applicable Adam House Auctions LLC Terms and Conditions.
Late payment, difficulty arranging transportation, carrier delays, missed appointments, or a shipper’s failure to collect property do not extend the pickup deadline or waive applicable storage fees.
UNCLAIMED & ABANDONED PROPERTY
Unless otherwise provided in the applicable auction Terms and Conditions, purchased property remaining uncollected for 30 days may be deemed abandoned.
Upon abandonment, the winning bidder may forfeit all rights, title, and interest in the property, and Adam House Auctions LLC may dispose of, donate, resell, store, or otherwise handle the property as permitted by the applicable Terms and Conditions and law.
Payment of the original invoice does not eliminate the winning bidder’s obligation to timely remove purchased property or pay applicable storage charges.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International buyers are solely responsible for all international shipping requirements, including:
- customs forms and declarations;
- import and export requirements;
- duties and taxes;
- tariffs;
- brokerage fees;
- permits and licenses;
- restricted-material requirements; and
- other governmental or carrier requirements.
Adam House Auctions LLC does not prepare or assume responsibility for international customs documentation and is not liable for customs delays, seizures, denied entry, additional charges, or other consequences arising from international shipment.
Property containing ivory, exotic skins, endangered-species materials, cultural property, firearms, or other regulated materials may be subject to additional restrictions.
The winning bidder and the selected carrier are solely responsible for determining whether purchased property may legally be transported, exported, or imported into the intended destination.
CONDITION AFTER RELEASE
Buyers are responsible for inspecting purchases and reporting any permitted condition concern within the period established by the applicable Adam House Auctions LLC Terms and Conditions.
Once property has been collected or released to a third-party carrier, damage resulting from packing, handling, loading, transportation, or delivery is not an auction condition issue and must be addressed directly with the carrier or applicable insurer.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to obtain packing and shipping estimates before bidding, particularly for furniture, artwork, chandeliers, mirrors, sculpture, large decorative objects, fragile property, and other oversized or difficult-to-transport purchases.
